Found out about petland back in September and I must say very very impressed! The moment my gf and I went inside we were greeted and taken care of! We purchased our cocker spaniel here and ahh so happy!

I really needed cat food, but didn’t want to go to a big store because of COVID. I decided to try Petland, but they were closed early due to the virus. A young man (George) came to the door and let not just me, but 2 other families into the store. He was so friendly, understanding and service oriented. I bought my cats food, met a few gorgeous puppies and was very impressed with George. I’d like a therapy dog for my dental office; I will be returning to Petland. Thank you, George!!

Yesterday I was able to get a beautiful puppy at the Leon Valley location , I have to say WHAT A WONDERFUL experience I had , the manager was extremely helpful , very very charismatic, you can truly see how much they care for the puppies they have , have a great great experience this was , THANK YOU !

I give absolutely 10/10 stars for Skylar as well as the other girls/staff that work for Shavano Park they were all very knowledgeable about our big/little guy ASPEN. I love how much they loved him and cared for him. The staff at Petland Shavano park are extremely knowledgeable and shared sooo much information and let us visit as much as we wanted , (mind you he only stayed 2 nights extra to make sure his weight gain was managed )which i appreciated so much that they didn't just sell him and push him out the door, they genuinely care for these animals and its shown , We HIGHLY recommend Petland Shavano park to anybody who is serious about having a pet.
